Ulster County customer services and departments have experienced closings and limited access to the public due to the State’s NY on Pause orders and the COVID-19 pandemic. As the County, in concert with the Mid-Hudson Region, implements the State’s phased re-opening plans, County services will gradually expand public access. The Ulster County DMV reopened on June 22nd and is accepting appointments.
